1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of VRL Logistics Packers and Movers ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our relocation, packing, moving, warehousing, and logistics services.
2. Services Offered
VRL Logistics Packers and Movers provides the following services across India and internationally:
- Household Relocation — residential packing, loading, transport, and placement
- Office Shifting — corporate relocation with minimal operational downtime
- International Relocation — overseas moves with customs documentation support
- Car and Bike Moving — enclosed vehicle transport with GPS tracking
- Warehousing Services — short and long-term climate-monitored storage
- Goods Insurance — optional insured moving coverage for valuable items
All services are subject to availability, geographic coverage, and applicable pricing at the time of booking. Service scope is confirmed in writing via a signed quotation before commencement.
3. Quotation and Pricing
All quotations provided by VRL Logistics Packers and Movers are based on a pre-move survey of inventory, distance, access conditions, and service requirements. Prices are transparent and itemized. Any changes to the scope of work after quotation acceptance may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and agreed upon before execution. We do not charge hidden fees. Final billing reflects only the agreed services.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quotation and advance payment as specified. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled move date are eligible for a full refund of the advance. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total quoted amount. Rescheduling requests are accommodated subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
5. Liability and Insurance
VRL Logistics Packers and Movers takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe handling and transport of your goods. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of goods as specified in the booking agreement. We strongly recommend opting for our goods insurance coverage for high-value items. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We are not liable for damage caused by inherent defects, improper customer packing, or force majeure events.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate inventory disclosure, providing safe access to premises, securing valuables and documents separately, and being present or having an authorized representative at both pickup and delivery locations. Customers must inform us of any fragile, hazardous, or high-value items requiring special handling before the move date.
7. GPS Tracking and Communication
VRL Logistics Packers and Movers provides real-time GPS tracking for all shipments. Tracking updates are shared via SMS and WhatsApp. By booking our services, you consent to receiving service-related communications including booking confirmations, tracking updates, and delivery notifications on the contact number provided.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements are the intellectual property of VRL Logistics Packers and Movers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the registered office location of VRL Logistics Packers and Movers.
